We make work experience a graduation requirement.

To further enable future success, we require that students hold one staff-approved job during their Junior or Senior year, for at least three consecutive months, working at least twelve hours per week for approximately 144 hours. The student must obtain a satisfactory reference from their work supervisor to receive credit. The Work Study Program does not fulfill this requirement unless the student is hired for an additional three-month period over the summer. The Three-Month Job requirement may also be fulfilled through volunteer work at a staff-approved site that meets the same number of hours as mentioned above.
